- Long Term rates are subject to availability.
- Prices are applicable to leases of 90 days or longer.
- Subject to approval of application.
- Bond and lease conditions apply.
- Guests are responsible for the connection and payment of electricity, gas, telephone and internet services.
- Guests must provide own linen.
- Rates are non commissionable.
- Leases will incur a once off vacate clean of $150.00 plus a charge for the professional cleaning of the carpets upon end / termination of the lease agreement.
